I promise this will NOT become a Twilight Blog

I know there are people on both sides of the fence on this one... and maybe some on the fence. I stand on the side with all the crazy Twilighters.

I really had no idea what I was getting myself into. I had herd of Twilight when all the hype began about the movie, and I had no intention of seeing it or reading the saga. I LOVE vampires, always have. Went through a weird phase as a teenager when I wished I could actually become one ( and thats as far as we're gonna go with that train of thought. Ugh, high school). I could tell by all of the media hype I'd seen that these vampires were different, and I wasn't sure I liked that.

Then came that fateful evening in the video store. No more Slumdog Millionaire, no more Marley and Me, ... what are we going to watch? I called my sister:

"... they have Twilight?"

"Okay, sure."
Needless to say, we were left wanting more of this forbidden, passionate love story. As an avid reader I feel that the books are always better than the movies. So I ordered them and two days later I was reading.

Thank goodness my mom had the kids that week. I didn't do any of the things I was planning on getting done. No kids for an entire week! The things I could accomplish! ... enter Twilight.

My poor hubby... from the time I woke up in the morning until the time my sweet husband was waking for work the next morning, I was reading. And then when I finished I read them again.

I don't know how all of the fans from the beining waited for the next book, and then the next, ... and now the movies. November seems like an eternity away!

After reading the series twice in a row and watching the move a dozen times in a two week period. I needed to find new ways to get my fix. The internet is a wonderfully dangerous place. I found Kaleb, The
TwilightGuy, hilarious, smart and very talented. I also came acoss a couple other bloggers, Twilight Widowers Anonymous (very clever, this guy is funny!). For the last week it seems like everyone is at a standstill! I NEED new Twilight related information to distract me! It seems like the Twilight Lexicon is the only place to get new information. Of course they cover all things Twilight (thank goodness!).

So now they've released the New Moon trailer! Ahhhh! Finally! Every time I look at the computer I'm trying to negotiate a way to sit and watch it, just one more time. How am I going to make it 'till November?!

I'm sick, so sick. Is there a 12 Step program for Twilight addicts? Not that I'll use it, just curious.
